That business relationship can include customers from the past or people who have inquired about their business. It can NOT be a purchased list, a list they traded for or borrowed, a list they harvested off the Internet, or a list created any other way. You may not use the "Email to a Friend" service or other email services that we offer to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate our Terms of Use.
