What exactly do you do?

Boxpilot is the leader in guided voicemail. We take a voicemail message that's been recorded by you and deliver it to everyone on your list. Designed for B2B, we use live human agents to accurately "guide" your pre-recorded message into the right person's voice mailbox. Fast. Easy. Cost-effective. It's smarter than an "autodialer" service because it handles the intricacies of every business phone system.
How exactly do you deliver the voicemails?

Live human agents "guide" your message. Calls are initiated to phone numbers on the list you've supplied to us. Each call is attended by a live human agent in our call center who is dedicated to ensuring that your voicemail goes to the person specified in your list. Agents speak with receptionists, reach voicemail from a direct line, use extensions or "dial-by-name" to get to the right person's voice mailbox. Once there, agents click a button to activate playback of your pre-recorded message when the greeting 'beep' tone indicates that playback can begin. Once flawless playback has been confirmed, agents move onto another line and initiate the next call and the process repeats.
Will Boxpilot email my clients as well?

Yes. Boxpilot can send a related email message to your business contacts almost simultaneously to the voicemail message. By doing both, the response rate is far greater.
Does Boxpilot support SPAM?

No. Boxpilot is diligent in employing anti-spam technologies and committed to preventing spammers from sending messages through our network. When interviewing clients it is important to verify that the list(s) being used are opt-in lists created by the customer from their customers and/or from people they have done business with. That business relationship can include customers from the past or people who have inquired about their business. It can NOT be a purchased list, a list they traded for or borrowed, a list they harvested off the Internet, or a list created any other way.
