How does the pricing work?

Boxpilot charges on a per-record basis. Each record represents a name on your list. For example, if you have 1000 names on your list you would need to purchase at least 1000 records.

Conducting campaigns with Boxpilot begins with purchasing pre-paid records. Pre-paid records are then credited to your account and become available for you to "use up" when you book campaigns.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the number of records that you purchase. The more records you purchase, the lower the cost per-record will be. For example, if you have a list of 1000 names and you know you will be running three campaigns, you would pay less per-record if you purchased 3000 records up front.

Why do I need to pre-pay for my records?

Collection costs are not factored into our pricing model. As a result, you get lower prices. We pass Accounts Receivable savings onto you, and focus more resources on improvements in campaign production technologies. You'll spend less time and money on administration because records can be spread over many campaigns without the need to pay separately. Plus, you'll always know exactly how much your campaign will cost ahead of time.

How much are setup fees?

Setup fees include a list importing fee, a voicemail loading fee and a basic report fee. There are additional fees for different and unique requirements. Call your account manager for more details.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes, we take Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept corporate checks, bank drafts and wire payments.
