type of phone numbers do you need? |

We can work with ANY type of phone number you give
us. Plus, you DO NOT need to tell us what type of phone number
it is. Our live agents can navigate 1) main lines, 2) direct
lines and 3) auto-attendant lines with equal skill, every
time. Our goal is to make sure your voicemail message is delivered
to the right person and the right mailbox, regardless of the
phone number type you've given us. That said, if you CAN provide
us with phone line type information, our Protocall™ algorithm
can begin optimized calling on the first call.

| Do you
provide lists? |
No. Contact your list broker for lists. We specialize
exclusively in guided voice messaging execution, not your list
acquisition strategy. |

| What
information do you need in the list I upload? |
The list you provide to Boxpilot need only have company
name, person's name, and phone number. You DO NOT need to indicate
what type of phone line (direct, main, auto-attendant) each
number is, though any line type information you CAN provide
will allow our Protocall™ algorithm to begin optimized calling
on the first call. We can accept any character delimited text
file or MS Excel file. |

included in my output report? |

Currently, each list output is an MS Excel file with
3 worksheet tabs. We work continuously with our clients to
improve our campaign reports, and this is subject to change.

fast can I get my output? |
Outputs are ready within 2 hours of campaign completion. |

| Can
I send a different message to different groups of customers? |
Yes. You can segment your list in any way. Each list
is considered a separate campaign, and each campaign has a separate
"master" voicemail recording. With Boxpilot it's simple: 1 list
= 1 voicemail = 1 campaign. |
