It begins with your "master" voicemail message, which is recorded by you or anyone from your team using our "call-in" recording studio. You book your campaign, you send us your list, and we start your campaign.

Live human agents "guide" your message.
Calls are initiated to phone numbers on the list you've supplied to us. Each call is attended by a live human agent in our call center who is dedicated to ensuring that your voicemail goes to the person specified in your list. Agents speak with receptionists, reach voicemail from a direct line, use extensions or "dial-by-name" to get to the right person's voice mailbox. Once there, agents click a button to activate playback of your pre-recorded message when the greeting 'beep' tone indicates that playback can begin.

Agents use multiple lines to go faster.
Once flawless playback has been confirmed, agents move onto another line and initiate the next call. Our multi-line system enables us to achieve exceptional messaging efficiencies because it allows callers to manage multiple calls simultaneously. Our speed means lower costs to you and faster campaign implementation.

We call every type of phone line.
If it's a main line, callers will speak with receptionists or personal assistants to get transferred directly into your target's voice mailbox. If it's an auto-attendant line, agents will use "dial-by-name" or extension features to get to the right voice mailbox. If it's a direct line, callers will make sure that the name on the greeting matches the name in your list before leaving a message. Our agents are specifically trained to finesse gatekeepers, navigate phone systems, and "zero-out" to find targets who've changed offices so that you get the highest delivery rates possible.

Each record is called at the right time.
Protocall™, our proprietary calling algorithm, determines the best time each record should be called. Using the phone line type (direct, main, auto-attendant) as provided by you or discovered by us, along with time zone and prior result, the algorithm intelligently assigns each Boxpilot rep the right record at the right time to minimize "live" answers and ensure that the most number of messages are delivered in the least number of calls. All calls are scheduled within our call center hours of operation, between 7:00AM to 6:00PM Eastern, giving the flexibility to best schedule "business-hours" and "off-hours" calling.

"Live" answers are handled respectfully.
Targeted individuals who answer their line "live" will hear silence if they pick up their phone, and will see "private number" on their call display to give the appearance of an incomplete connection. Indifferent recipients will simply disconnect, and the Protocall™ algorithm will glean new information from the call (line type, time called) to schedule a time-optimized call back that minimizes the possibility of a subsequent "live" answer. With Protocall™, typically less than 3% of your list will not have a message delivered because of a "live" answer.
